Jembi fully developed the MOH application for complaints and suggestions and presented it to the Vice Minister of Health.
The MOH Complaints and Suggestions app is an electronic mechanism that aims to manage complaints and suggestions made by patients in health facilities.
The app will not only allow for patients to share their experience in a systematic manner but also allow the management of this content to be carried out effectively by the national health system, including the sharing of useful information that is of public use.
